Your roadmap to digital health maturity
Our maturity models give you the strategy, experts and planning you need to transform.
Progress is a process. Our eight-stage maturity models support every part of your digital health transformation—whether we’re talking analytics, EMRs, infrastructure or digital imaging. With expert guidance and strategy, you’ll deliver the care you’ve always dreamed of.
What can digital transformation do for you?
Here’s how it’s helped a few organizations:
82% reduction in screening time for sepsis.
$1.5 million in annual revenue savings from predictive analytics.
82% reduction in screening time for sepsis.
Your one step transformation shop for healthcare
Here’s what our digital maturity models helps you:
Medical Map Locator
Visualize the top hospitals in Tamil Nadu, focusing on their locations and bed capacities. Using data on hospital names, cities, geographical coordinates, and bed counts, the program generates an interactive map.
Users can select hospitals via buttons to update the map view dynamically, facilitating exploration of healthcare resources in the region.
Medical Insurance
By analyzing large amounts of healthcare data, AI can more accurately predict risks and premiums. Insurance companies can also use AI to determine the likelihood of a claim being filed, which allows them to adjust premiums accordingly.
This model has been trained on historical data to make predictions based on input features like age, gender, BMI, number of children, smoking status, and region.
Image Segmentation
At its core, the Segformer model, pre-trained on medical imaging data, serves as the backbone for semantic segmentation. The model is configured to handle a specific number of classes, including a background class, and is initialized with weights loaded from a specified model path.
The heart of the segmentation process lies in the predict function, which orchestrates the entire workflow.
Open Health Imaging Foundation
Generally, foundations and organizations focused on health imaging often work towards advancing the field of medical imaging, promoting access to imaging technologies, advocating for patient-centered care.
Open Health Imaging Foundation is a newly established organization or a niche entity, you might want to search for recent information or visit their website directly for details on their mission, initiatives, and activities.
Open Medical LLM Leaderboard
The Open Medical LLM Leaderboard aims to track, rank and evaluate the performance of large language models (LLMs) on medical question answering tasks. It evaluates LLMs across a diverse array of medical datasets, including MedQA (USMLE), PubMedQA, MedMCQA, and subsets of MMLU related to medicine and biology.
The leaderboard offers a comprehensive assessment of each model's medical knowledge and question answering capabilities.
Continuity of Care
This group includes physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals who use EHR systems on a daily basis to document patient encounters, manage medications, order tests, and track patient progress. Their input is crucial for designing user-friendly EHR interfaces and ensuring that the systems support clinical workflows effectively.
